Curriculum Vitae

My passion for graphic design and video making started in 2005 when with a group of friends we found a collective of Djs+Vjs, «Ramba Boys». This was a period of intense creativity during which I experimented in all areas of graphic design and video making. After completing my Bachelor degree in Industrial Design from the University of Architecture, Design and Arts in Venice (IUAV)
I worked in 2 different studios (Soda Studio in Milano and Dogtrot in Treviso) as a motion animator and graphic designer, developing and enhancing my competence and skills in After Effect.

I did a lot of different photo shooting to produce several promotional and corporate videos for Venetian artisans and companies such as Sogni di Cristallo. I have also shot video interviews for an online magazine, Love For, and was also the camera operator for a short movie in the MonFilmFest, in Torino, during which we were given 5 days to make a short movie from scratch.

Another one of my big passions is stop motion animation, as well as the construction of sets and puppets from paper, cardboard and other recovered materials. I experimented in these techniques whilst making a Moleskine advertisement video and in a promotional video for a music festival, Mira on Air. In 2014 I also had an experience of 6 months in Fabrica, the communication research centre of Benetton, where I was the set construction assistant for a stop motion short movie (Los Rosales) that received several many prizes.

I’m also a founding member of a freelance visual art collective, Voxel Studio, where we experiment in video interaction and working with big out of format led wall and video wall screens. We designed the stand of Dainese for EICMA 2016, a world famous motorcycle fair in Milano, and created all the relevant video content. We have also designed a video interaction totem for all the company’s shops. We have also created a video installation that was projected in the shop windows of Luisa Via Roma, a famous luxury clothes shop
in Florence.

From 2015 I have been working on a freelance bases. I worked on several projects for major international institutions and corporations, making videos for reputable clients, including Moleskine, the United Nations (FAO) and Dainese.

I moved to Brussels in September 2017 and have since then been collaborating with Digital Golem – Special Effects, in charge for all the motion graphic projects of the studio, and to this end have founded Underdog – the Motion Studio department of Digital Golem. Here the Video Manifesto.

I have acquired invaluable experience in coordinating the execution of entire projects, from the conception and story board to the delivery of a video or installation, planning all the workflow, and building and coordinating the right team of up to 10 people.
